Mount Sinai Awarded $6.6 Million NIH Grant to Investigate Treatment for Alopecia Areata in Children

There is a strong relationship between alopecia areata and atopic diseases like eczema, according to Dr. Emma Guttman-Yassky, chair of dermatology.
